Recurring Payment and Subscription Policy
At African Essential , we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Below are the terms and conditions for recurring tangible product subscriptions:
1. Monthly Orders
By subscribing to our service, you agree to receive your selected product(s) on a recurring monthly basis. Each month, your order will be processed, and your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the amount due.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your customer portal. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the subscription settings, and select the cancellation option. Once canceled, you will no longer be charged for future recurring orders. Please note that cancellations must be completed prior to your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.
3. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for payments already processed. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your order for that month will still be fulfilled, and your subscription will end after the current billing cycle.
