Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is outlined below. According to Florida law, businesses are not required to accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective or was misrepresented. However, if a store has a return policy, it must be clearly posted at the point of sale. Please see return policy.


Cancellation Policy

We accept returns within 48 hours of purchase for unused and unopened items in their original condition. To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
